I have devoted the better part of my professional career to eastern medicine because I believe we’re just at the beginning of how to best heal the body. Acupuncture needles are almost as thin as a hair on your head and are solid. You may experience sensation at the needle site, but it is rarely painful.
Yes. Give us a call or book online and we will check your insurance benefits prior to your first visit. We participate with Carefirst BCBS, Aetna and United Healthcare. If we can verify an open claim, we will bill your PIP or Worker’s Comp.
Everybody is different and the length of treatment varies. We’ve seen it take as little as 4 weeks and it can definitely take longer.
